Question about online dating…?

When meeting someone for the first time, how many dates does it take you to figure out if you really like them or not? Is the chemistry there or not there right away?

you should know within yourself how you feel about them…sometimes it can t ake awhile…but i think you should go with your gut feeling….good luck
You’ll know within the first 5 minutes.
Relationships take time to develop so when people want that instant chemistry, they are going by their feelings of infatuation which comes and goes the minute they meet someone else. They actually short change themselves by expecting to know immediately or within a date or two.
No one can set a number of dates or meetings to know this and hopefully you have taken the time to IM for a while (a few months ~ what’s the hurry?) as you two get to know each other, what your likes and dislikes are, his beliefs and your beliefs on various topics to see if you are compatible with each other.
When you do meet for your first date, you drive to the location so you have your own car to go home in. Don’t give him your address right off, or your phone number either (assuming it isn’t too late for all this
Take your time to interact with this person a few times and see if you get along ok. Love at first sight can happen but it is rare. People should take it slow and take their time getting to know someone and fall in love with them a little at a time. Unfortunately most people don’t and that’s why the divorce rate is so high.
Believe me, you will know when Cupid’s arrow has hit your heart and in the meantime, enjoy your time together.
