I took the test and now it wants me to click "I agree to the terms and conditions"
I read most of the terms and conditions and it told me that when I finish that I am automatically a member. Do I have to pay money? How much do I have to pay a month (U.S. Dollars)?
Is it safe (the terms)?

On January 16th, I walked in to Comcast to take an assessment test for a position as a CAE (Customer Account Executive). It pays well and the benefits are good. First, they told me to fill out an application packet. I got halfway through it when they told me and a bunch of others to come to a room where they were conducting an online personality test. The questions they asked were just "would you have a problem working these hours, days, and times?" and "do you have a problem with any of the practices and "do you understand the terms and conditions?" On ALL of the questions, i answered that i wouldn’t have a problem with it and that i would do anything that was asked of me. Well, after all of the bullshit of taking that bullshit personality test, i didn’t walk away with the job. I was then told by one of the hiring managers of HR that at the time, that they didn’t think i was a good fit at this time and told me to re-apply again in six months! What kind of BS is that? I didn’t need that job in six months! I needed that job N-O-W! NOW! How much of a personality do you REALLY need to work for a place like this? As cool as i answered the questions, i still didn’t get the job! WTF? As tight as things are in this economy, i NEEDED this job more than ever and they shot me down! I need MY money! I need MY benefits! Even after i went to another hiring event two weeks ago for Comcast, the same lady i ran in to in January recognized me and told me to come back around June!
But I also remember that during the application process in January, I signed something that Comcast gave me that said that after you’re rejected, we’re not at liberty to discuss why. Even after I demanded she tell me why because I’d done everything necessary that they’d ask and still didn’t get the job! So another question I want to ask is this: Is it necessary and fair for employers to give applicants confidentiality documents like that? And, if i decide to go to another hiring event at Comcast and re-apply, but I don’t sign that confidentiality document that they gave me the last time I was there, are they going to hold that against me and decide not to hire me because of it? See, my thing is because of the poor state of the economy, there are not enough jobs to go around. So if I get turned away for a job, I WANT TO KNOW WHY! I SHOULD BE OWED THAT MUCH for putting myself through this mess! It’s only fair, right?
What do you all think? Am I right or AM I RIGHT?
And another thing: You can pass the "online personality test" and be a really bad employee! You can also fail the test, but be one of the best employees! It’s just like when jobs want to start judging employees by their credit score just to hire them, and that’s some bullshit too! I just wanted to add this.

I applied for a job at The Cheesecake Factory and got an interview on the spot. After the interview ended, I was scheduled for another interview and to take a "personality" test.
I was really excited, but now I’m weary. I thought they liked me because they invited me back, but now I have this test to worry about. What is this?

This is the exact quote from the personality test:
"You are a skywalker. You love adventure, both intellectual and physical. And you greet new challenges with passion and bravery."
I was wondering if "skywalker" has an actual definition, other than as a last name in Star Wars. You can imply the answer by reading the rest of the personality assessment, but is there a real definition, even one from Star Wars, that lists the characteristics of a person who is considered a skywalker?
Thanks.

I give folks "The Cube Personality Test" often and it is common for folks to have a Unicorn as their horse. But what does it mean if they see a unicorn instead of a horse?
